Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

To start a return or exchange, please use our Returns Center.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

  • Returned items must be shipped within 15 days after receiving return instructions

  • Late shipments may result in cancellation of the request

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return or exchange has been approved.

Processing Times

  • Refunds: processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Exchanges: processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received

If a return or exchange is not approved, you will be notified and provided with a shipping invoice to have the item returned to you.


Eligible Return Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original condition

  • Unworn and unwashed (except for trying on)

  • Free from:

    • Deodorant or cosmetic stains

    • Perfume or strong scents

    • Animal hair

    • Excessive lint

  • Returned in the original frosted bag packaging when possible

If the original shipping package can be reused, please use it. Otherwise, customers are responsible for providing suitable packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items marked “Sale,” “On Sale,” or Discount Rack

  • Clearance or promotional items

Exchanges for sale items may be limited based on stock availability.
If an item is discontinued, you may request a refund or exchange for a different product.


Care & Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including:

  • Shrinkage

  • Cross-dyeing

  • Excessive lint

  • Fading or distortion

  • Damage from bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals

Please follow the care instructions on the garment label.

Items returned with damage due to improper care will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

Customer-Paid Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a return is rejected, customers must pay the shipping fee to have the item sent back

  • Packages marked Undeliverable or Return to Sender require a re-shipping fee

  • International customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs
